If you were searching for the drivers (googling etc) you may not have found them as your model number of the mobo was missing a number.

The power supply might be bad, or you might be drawing too much current due to a short elsewhere. If you can get your hands on a compatible power supply, I'd try that first. You can unhook plugs to try to pinpoint a short (in a CD, DVD player, etc. Get an estimate on an estimate from a computer shop, in case all else fails.
