What does the logs say over EAP350, are the cards on Macs properly getting associated with EAP350? What happens if you put static IP?
Also check for the latest firmware for EAP350 which addresses this issue.

Unable to connect to the access point

Hi tissa,
I see you are unable to connect to your Access Point as noted on the question provided.
First console cannot connect to an Access point if it is Password protected.
You will need to disable the Password or Network Access key from your Router to be able to get your DSi to connect to your Access Point freely.
To get security with your Nintendo DSi connecting to your Access Point in your Router setting you can enable the MAC Address filtering and get your devices MAC addresses and have it registered or input in your Routers MAC Address Filtering to be able to get your DSi connected wireless and at the same time have your Laptops and other wireless devices connected.
for the MAC address you can call you Internet Service provider on the issue to give you detailed info on how to access you Router settings for the said connection.
I hope that this will help.
Thank you fo choosing Fixya,

How do I block others from using my router without a password?D-link 802.11g\2.4GHz

You can do MAC (ethernet) address filtering. You can set it to allow only specific MAC addresses to be granted access. For Windows PCs, you can get the MAC adress by firing a command prompt and typing 'ipconfig /all'. For WM, go to 'Start > Settings > System Information' (or something equivalent) select the network section and take note of the Wi-Fi card's MAC address. Anyway, with the MAC adresses of all the devices you want to grant access to your network in hand, navigate to its Web Utility (if it has not been changed before, the IP address is usually set to either 192.168.0.1, or 192.168.1.1, or 192.168.2.1). There, under the security section, you should find the MAC address filtering function.
Please, let me know if you need further details.
