No you don't have to buy Delta's chuck key. MOST drill press chuck keys are very similar but if you do order another companies key and it doesn't fit, you may be stuck with it. If you have a local tool repair center that carries keys you can try one and if it don't work, return it.
The Delta part number for your chuck key is 1313104. It is avaliable from Dewalt (they own Delta) on their service website at http://servicenet.dewalt.com. You can also get it at aftermarket sites like www.ereplacementparts.com for only $11 plus shipping.

you cant download a sound card but you can download sound card drivers
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers

if you dont have a disk with the drivers you will have to download them

Hi' you can download to google.com an audio driver , try to type realtek AC97 audio driver , type to download and when you have the installer extract and install

It's probably because the software is not 64bit compatible.Though I'm not 100% certain.

First, download the latest driver for your card.
Turn off PC and remove the sound card, then turn on PC and carry out the following;
1. Deinstall the driver and reboot the system.
2. Execute the Windows program regedit and search all items for "Delta".
3. Delete all items and groups of items which point to "M Audio Delta".
4.Turn off PC, re-install card and reboot the system.
5. Install the latest M Audio driver.

I tested on my M-audio Delta 1010 with box today and everything incl. SPDIF is working great on my osx86 v_7 10.5.8 system! The only thing not working is midi as told on website. Im submitting file for the above sound cards! Dont Forget to donate some money to this guy!!!

Wow man, round n round is right. And iknow how m-audio tech support can be. I would suggest returning it, it could be lemon. Also, you should only need an ARCHIVE AND INSTALL, not a full system reinstall- if it gets to that.
