Northman Oil bath radiator Model # OFH-3600.

I use a SnapOn Universal joint coupling Plug spanner. With that, I can get in at odd angles.
Method.
Be careful not to damage the oil cooler and radiator fins!
Remove, Lower and upper cowl and wind guard.
Remove oil cooler upper mounting bolts and wire harness guide.
Disconnect fan motor sub harness (2 pin) and remove radiator upper mount bolt.
Remove the radiator from the upper and lower brackets by moving it to the left, then move the oil cooler forward as an assembly.
Remove the air guide from the oil cooler bracket and cylinder head cover.
Disconnect the spark plug caps.
Clean the area with compressed air to ensure no debris enters the engine.
Remove the plugs and check/clean/set/replace.

yeah they do that, time for a good cleaning, if that fails, I'd replace with a ceramic heater... they are cheaper safer and cost less to operate.

The oil does not circulate or lubricat anything. It just holds heat. No harm done.

hi , i have to ask why would you want to refill it , if the heater is leaking its rarely econamical to fix the leak and repair it , most of the oil heaters ive worked on were filled with vegetable oil .

We needed wattage and instructions for use. We have solved this problem by researching the radiator information on the web and trial and error.... thank you.

1. Drain the coolant.
2. Disable the SIR.
3. Move the forwarding discriminating sensor out of the way.
4. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
5. Remove the cooling fans.
6. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.
1. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.
2. Disconnect the engine oil cooler lines from the right radiator end tank.
3. Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines from the left radiator end tank.
4. Remove the left and the right engine torque struts.
1. Remove the upper radiator support screws.
2. Remove the radiator from the vehicle. Lift the radiator up and out. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the radiator to the vehicle.
2. Install the upper radiator support screws. Tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.). NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the radiator. Tighten the transmission oil cooler line fittings to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Connect the engine oil cooler lines to the radiator. Tighten the engine oil cooler lines to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the left and the right engine support torque struts.Connect the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
1. Connect the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
2. Install the cooling fans.
3. Install the air cleaner assembly.
4. Install the forward discriminating sensor.
5. Enable the SIR.
6. Refill the coolant.
