The red connector on the speaker should be connected to the Pos.(+) connection on the Receiver/Amp. The Black to the Neg. (-) connection. ( for the proper speaker) Front Left, Front Right, etc. All, or most paired wire has either a black stripe, different shape on one,or different colour wire(silver/copper) So if you hook up the Blk striped or silver to the Neg.(black terminal) on the speaker, do so at the other end (receiver ) If both speakers aren't hooked up the same, they will work, but there won't be as much Bass because the speakers will be out of phase.(when one speaker cone is moving out,the other will be moving inward.

I have a 96 escort with no radio ;the wires are there, but i want to install a new radio.i don't know what wires hook up to the new radio

Hi, if the connector is still there, it is easiest to purchase a ford wiring adapter. The adapter will match the factory wires to an aftermarket stereo. If the connector is gone, see your factory wire colors below. Please let me know if you need additional help or have any questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

Need the wiring diagram for a realistic eq booster model no. 12-1955

The main colors are:

Green - L+
White - L -
Brown - R+
Gray - R-

There are 3 sets of these. The ones with thinner wire are for high level input (from a stereo's speaker outputs). The two other thick sets are the speaker outputs to front and rear. They should've been attached to connectors labeled front and rear, if they aren't, you gotta find out through trial and error with the fader. Lastly, black is for ground of course, then the thin red wire is for 12V+ power (on with ignition), and the thicker red wire is power output to a deck, if you want it to turn on along with the amp/eq.

I got a ford aspire and a pioneer radio how do i hook it up

It is best to buy a connector pigtail for Ford, but you can wire directly using the below color code for the factory wiring. use the color code from the pioneer to match to the factory wires. If you have more questions, please reply.

Need wiring diagram for Sony XM-E70 Equalizer/Amp

You need 1 thick ground cable ( usually brown)
you need 1 thick power cable ( same thickness and wire as ground usually red )
you should have 1 rem wire ( thin blue )
RCAs, 2 for sub, extra 2 for 2 speakers.
The rest I have no idea what they are.

You need speaker cables to sub or amp.

Some products use different colouring. Maybe the 9 pin connector is for head deck to speakers.
