MTX tna251 My amp just turned off all of a sudden and the 3 lights on top are flashing. It came back on for a second and then right back off. I've checked all the wires and fuses, everything is good. what do i need to do? I got this with the Terminator subs combo.

From what I can recall that is usually due to ground, a short if you will.Check your hot cable from under the hood to inside cabin the wire might of got a cut some where rubbing against sheet metal of car creating your short.

THE GREEN LIGHT SHOULD SHOW WHEN AMP IS POWER UP AN RED WHEN IN PROTECTION MODE

CHECK YOU CONNECTION YOU MAY HAVE PUT WIRE TERMINAL WRONG AN THE AMP GOES TO PROTECTION CHECK ALL SPEAKER TOO

It is actually in the controller, if you turn the remote all the way down and press on the controller until the bass goes off, you will be able to turn the bass up and down with the remote, mine worked but stopped after a month, I tried adjusting the amp but then I noticed that if I wiggled the knob on the remote that it would work, I mashed mine until it worked again and velcroed it to my console sonibcan get it on and off easily.

How do I get my MTX Terminator TNA251 out of protection please. It's driving me crazy. Is the amp no good.

It seems you use too big speakers PMPO that cause your amplifier easily turning hot after certain time use. I suggest you to change your speakers with lower power.
Your amplifier is damage now if it is never coming back On. Some part(s) damaged on PCB. It could the IC or capacitor(s). Please check and get it fixed.
