Well there is a chip on the image unit that image unit (all colors) you need special chip writer to reset. you may need to just buy a new unit or drop me a line i may be able to get one...

C0200 - Cyan PC Drum Charge Corona Malfunction. Did you mess with this imaging unit? You won't be able to reset if the malfunction is still present.

Main Motor, recommend that you remove all of the image units, shake each one along its axis so that the developer in each unit is evenly spread across the units, so that not all the developer is sitting at one end, DO NOT STORE IMAGE UNITS UP and DOWN always lay flat. Might have already burned out the motor worse case the control board$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
C0202 on a Bizhub C350 means you have a Magenta PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction.
The charge corona is contained in the Magenta Imaging Unit. There are cleaning rods on each Imaging Unit. I would try pulling out the rods and cleaning the wires that way. Concentrate obviously on the Magenta unit. Run it in and out several times. Turn off the MAIN power switch (NOT the one up on the control panel) then back on to reset the code and see if it goes away. If not you may have to have your service company clean the Imaging Unit or it may have to be replaced depending on how bad it is.

1. With power ON, open the front door and locate the small, rectangular hole below the imaging unit removal tool.
2. Insert a suitable object into the hole to actuate the reset switch . 3. The code should clear and a message to close the front door should appear. So all settings are RESET. thanks for krishmaqvan
once the machine locks you out for a imaeg unit you are done until the unit is replaced or reset chip is installed but there is new firmware that can be installed in the machine that wil not stop the machine from usage was the image unit has reached end of life so the next time a service tech comes out tell them you want the new firmwareand set image unit life to suspend
Normally it has no need for reseting. In the moment you put the new image unit it resets the counter life, although you can reset by holding down the trouble reset button and in the screen you will see trouble reset. touch it and switch in and off the machine with the main power button.
