Hi DebbieHave you checked that the child safety switch has not been pushed by mistake it is on the main window control panel with all the other window switches

Soundls like your window motor went bad. Could also be window regulator or just a bad wiring conection. Take off door pannel and check the connections and the motor. Hope that helps
First do you hear it trying to work, is it like a "clack, clack, clack"
sound? or you hear the motor running smoothly? You will need to remove
the door panel and take a look behind the plastic water seal to see
whats going on, it is either going to be the regulator ( part the motor
is attached to...cable broke)/damaged or more likely the nylon bushings
inside the motor itself, they run like 10 bucks on Amazon. If you take
the motor out of the regulator assembly be careful not to let the cable
system come apart/unwind( use nylon ties while motor is out to hold in
place). The motor itself is straight forward open/replace worn/falling
apart nylon bushings/relube/reassemble. The tricky part is not screwing
up the regulator assembly...depends on your skills.
If it is electric then you may have to replace the window motor, if it is a hand crank window then just take off the door panel and put the belt that goes from the crank to the chases of the window back on track, someone probably kept rolling it after it was already down
You also have Circuit Breakers for your windows, Or your Master Switch ,You can Test the Driver Control Switch or the rear switches by removing the Switches and using the connector Plug and a Jump wire try jumping accross the wires,if they go up or down you could have a Bad Switch,if nothing moves more than likely your Window Motor is bad. BUT first CHECK your Circuit Breakers ,It could be Labeled as accessery Relay or circuit Breaker.
