Dear Sir:

I will try to help you, use the patience and carefully: need screwdriver, hex, allen+Dvom(DigitalVoltemeter)

Troubleshooting: ERR2 - Motor Movement

Since the motor moves when you press speed up, focus on the optic sensor, its wire connections, and the

optic sensor wheel. If all seems well at the sensor, inspect the motor.

Optic Sensor

??? Optic sensor wheel - Make sure that the optic sensor wheel rotates securely, without wobbling, in the

middle of the optic sensor. Realign and tighten if necessary. If optic sensor wheel teeth are missing or

bent, replace the optic sensor wheel.

??? Optic sensor wires - Make sure that wires are inserted securely to the optic sensor and to the drive board.

Check wire continuity.

??? Optic sensor - Turn on unit power. Turn the motor flywheel with your hand. The optic sensor

indicator (LED10, drive board) should light. . If it does not light, and all parts above are

good, replace the optic sensor.

Motor

??? Motor arcing - Does the motor show signs of wear - irregular arcing, carbon dust?

??? Motor brushes - Do brushes show signs of irregular wear - cracks, dents, lines? Replace the

motor brushes.

??? M+ M- Wires - Make sure wires are connected properly.

Other

??? Display main IC - To ensure proper signal processing, press down on the main IC on the display

board, marked U5. .

??? Ribbon cable - Ensure that the ribbon cable is attached at the drive and display boards. Check cable
continuity.

Troubleshooting: ERR 2 - No Motor Movement

Turn unit power off and then on to clear the ERR2 message from the display. To test whether the drive

board is putting out power to the motor, insert multimeter probes on the M+ M- connectors and press

the speed up key. . (Note: To avoid ERR2.)

Power to Motor

If the drive board puts out power to the motor, but the motor does not operate, either the motor wires or

motor is malfunctioning. Test wires for continuity. Inspect connections. Perform an ohm test on the

motor . Inspect motor brushes.

No Power to Motor

If there is no power to the motor, either the signal is not arriving at the drive board, the transformer

or inductor is bad, or the drive board is bad. Inspect the following:

??? Display - Does the display beep when you press speed up? If so, the display has sent its signal.

If not, inspect overlay-to-display connections. And press down on the main program IC, marked U5.

??? Wires and their connections - inspect data cable connections from the display to the drive board,

test data cable continuity, inspect M+ M- wires from the drive board to the motor.

??? Inductor (6310 only) - inspect inductor and its wires and their connections. .

??? Transformer - inspect the transformer and its wires and their connections.

??? Drive Board - inspect the drive board for burnt or cracked components. Inspect LEDs (See DRIVE.03

and DRIVE.04). Press on the drive board IC chips to ensure good connection. If the power indicator on

the drive board, LED8, lights, but there is no power to the motor, and other components are good,
replace the drive board.

wITH THIS YOU FIX IT. If you need further assistance, please reach me

SINCERELY. GOD BLESS YOU.

Hello! , having problems with my treadmill. When the key is inserted, all lights go on and the incline works fine, but when you press start to start walking, the belt does not move and display E2.

Error code E2 on a treadmill typically indicates a problem with the speed sensor. The speed sensor is a small device that measures the speed of the treadmill belt and sends a signal to the treadmill's control panel. If the sensor is not functioning properly, it can cause the treadmill to display an E2 error and prevent the belt from moving.
There are a few potential causes of an E2 error on a treadmill:
  1. The speed sensor may be loose or misaligned. Make sure that the sensor is securely attached to the treadmill frame and properly aligned with the magnet on the flywheel.
  2. The speed sensor wire may be damaged. Check the wire for any visible damage, such as fraying or cuts.
  3. The control panel may be malfunctioning. If the error persists even after checking the sensor and wire, the control panel itself may be the issue. In this case, it may be necessary to have the treadmill serviced by a professional.
I hope this information is helpful. If you continue to experience problems with your treadmill, it is recommended to have it serviced by a professional to ensure that it is functioning safely and correctly.

Code e2 appears on display screen

E21or E2 1 means the treadmill is not picking up a speed signal once the start key is pressed. First, determine if the motor is turning before you get the E2 1 or not. If the motor turns, the speed sensor is the most likely problem. If it does not, you can manually turn the belt with your feet before you get the E2 1 and you should get a speed reading but eventually you will get an error code because it is almost impossible to keep the speed constant enough for the computer. Try running it through calibration with the motor cover removed. their is Tech sheet under the hood and it will explain how to do the calibration

Alarm light on and u051 error mx310

Hi

You’ll need to reset your printer to clear the ink counters, after resetting it’ll not display the error code again. Follow this procedure to reset the printer--

1. Power off the printer.
2. Holding the stop/reset button, press and hold power button also. Hold both buttons together for 5 secs.
3. Still holding the power button, release the stop/reset buton, then press the stop/reset button twice.
4. Release power button (the screen should now say 'Service Mode').
5. Wait until the power button lights steady green, then press the stop/reset button three times with a 3 sec space between each press. On the 3rd press the indicator should turn steady orange.
6. Press the power button once, (the orange light should go off).
7. Open the printer and remove both cartridges. Wait for 10 seconds. Replace the cartridges and close printer. Wait for 30 seconds.
8. Press the power button, and wait until printer has shut down.
9. Press power button to power up. The printer will feed one piece of paper, then ask you to set the language.
10. The page counter is now reset.

Please rate the solution & revert for further assistance.

Thanks

I have a Sears Pro Form 730si. The treadmill

I believe E4 on ths 730si means that the speed of the motor the sensor is detecting is greater than the set speed. E2 would be the opposite. I believe there is a way to calibrate the speed. Look at the smaller motor controller board.
