click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of your devices if you see a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver
if you can see your usb device but its not working sroll to Ports(Com&Ltd) right click to update driver
if you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it
all right if you have a motherboard disk you will be able to install the drivers if for some reason they have been corrupted or if you havs the disk for the device
ifnot you will need to get a disk with the drivers on it
or you will need an internet connection to download them

slim driver download & install the driver but how we suppose to download these in drive to save it.that might help those peoples who are using internet one time in a weak like me.
