I bought a 570 this past July and have had continuos problems with reading depth. It seems to work fine when initially turned on, however, after a few minutes it reads 0.6 ft constantly. I also get no bottom structure readings.

I too have the exact same problem. .6 to 6ft then stays at .6. love to figure this out.

If you are still ghosting after replacing the drum (especially multiple times), it shounds like you need to have the high-voltage power supply PCB (HVPS PCB) MSRP is $43.38

No matter how little or how much you print, mostly depending on the type of paper used and the environment, this part can go out.

I havew a Minn Kota trolling motor on a Z21 Ranger. Minn Kota has a built in (puck type) transducer on the motor. I have a lowrance 135x on the front. The lowrance will read the temp but will blink the depth. I switched out the depth finder with another 135x with the same results. I have a 522c gps unit networked together and mounted on the console that works fine. Any suggestions on the problem with the 135x?

After reading postings I created my own solution. I took a 1.5cm (approximate length) flush head finishing screw and screwed it into the button contact of the white memebrane and adjusted it to the necessary heigth to make the rod depress at the corrrect depth. My initial placement was too high and I had a continuos flow of water, but was able to fine tune. Also note the head of the screw I used was a similar circumference of the nob of the white membrane.

You need to replace both of the convergence ICs. They are both STK392-570 you can get replacement ICs at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions with pictures on how to replace the ICs. Here is the link.

Temporary fix==solder bad connects STK392-570's. Better yet,replace said convergence IC's. NOTE= Requires r&r of center PCB.Above all else,do no harm......

Check the finder on the bottom of the boat and make sure the cable is ok?
