Vicky, Unfortunately this is really a case by case situation. I'd recommend just taking your phone in person to a certified Apple technician, whether that's at an Apple Store or at a 3rd party location. They'll be able to take a look at your phone and hopefully get it fixed up for you!
This problem is what we called "Red Blink" on our term, it is some kind of a system file corruption or GDFS error.
Anyway, fixing this problem needs a gsm gadget and a special file to recover the phone, fortunately if you are worried of losing your important data,it can be retrieve as long as this mobile technician know how to work with it. other technician directly flash or program the firmware immediately so everything will be erase, but others know how to revive the phone without doing that method, better ask and look for a mobile technician that know how to recover the phone without losing anything.
Note : You can ask the technician if he will use this method for recovering the phone without losing anything.
(Flashing/Programming the EROM & GDFS_SSW_BIN) this is what i'm talking about.
That's a hardware issue that needs to be fixed by a technician (if possible). Otherwise, you'll need to get it replaced. Insurance helps in this type of situation.
What software do you mean? If you mean the Operating System of your phone, it's not possible to do it yourself since the only way to do is Flashing. It's only done at Nokia Service Centers and Nokia Repair Shops by experienced technicians. Jaf Box and UFS box are the most common flashing box (we call them flashing software since they are the hardware to load software i.e. O.S. on the phone).
But regarding your disconnecting while talking, it must be related to network, even if you have full network, there are possible problems with your phone's network IC or other network components including the internal Antenna, and unfortunately there's no simple fix, but will need to be inspected by a mobile repair technician.
Hope this helps.

Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
That's a ringer failure. You might be able to find a technician that can fix it, otherwise you will need to try to get a replacement. If you have insurance on your phone, use it to get a replacement. If not, see if it's
still in warranty and try to get a replacement through the manufacturer.
Hello, There is still water inside the phone that's why some part are still working and some not working yet.
What to do is this,
Unscrew the phone, Get a Methylated spirit and a brush, Bring out the board of the phone and use the methylated spirit to brush off remaining water on phone. Keep under heat to dry off, After board is dried, fix it back and screw back phone.
Am sure after doing this phone will work well. But if phone still doesn't work ,that means water has damage some component inside the phone. You will need to consult a phone technician for assistance. Take care.
If the other people can't hear you, then the problem is with your phone's mic (microphone). The only solution is replacing, or if in case replacing doesn't help, it should be repaired by a technician. S/he will likely do a jumper trick to fix it. I won't recommend you to "Do It Yourself", you may damage another components instead of fixing the mic. I would strongly recommend you to visit repair shop or a service to get it fixed, otherwise you'll be having problem finding the mic and replacing it. Sometimes it's fast and easier to let technician done it for you. Since it's not a problem that could be fixed by an user without phone's hardware issue, I can't tell you more about it. There are certain steps and troubleshooting methods to be performed by an experienced technician. I hope you understand.
