Xerox WorkCentre 4150, 3 vertical white lines in all feeder scans

the problem is in the scanner, open it up and see if you can find any smudges, and clean any obstruction, any ink, liquid eraser residuals, can cause this part to appear as lines on your copied faxed image.
dont concentrate on the printer this is a scanner problem

We have a workcentre M15i connected to a vista computer. We want to print from a xp computer to the workcentre. The xp only sees the workcentre if the vista computer is turned on. How do we get the xp...

We put a usb cable from the xp computer to the workcentre. We left the Vista computer connected to the workcentre via parallel cable. Not the solution we were hoping for but it does enable us to print from both computers

Xerox WorkCentre M15i squeals when printing and copying.

Do not only lubricate metal shafts, but promptly lubricate the "pulleys" on the right and left side.  the will look very similar to a wheek and pulley mechanism.  The squeal happens when one "bar" connects two "wheels" and one side moves faster than the other.

I would go to the xerox website and try downloading the PCL5e driver. It works just as well and even better in most cases. I hope this helps.

Ink toner problem?

No, that is not the ink, That is a fuser problem.
The fuser needs to be replaced.
It is a very easy repacement. Cost is between 170-200 dollars if you don't have a service agreement.
One of the two rollers in the fuser has a problem and is not making good enough contact to fuse the image.
