I really hope the resident experts can help with this glitch. NEC was not willing to.
Most of our extensions have voicemail working properly. When a caller chooses the operator's extension, if the call is not asnwered, it transfers to voicemail, but the system plays a message "Please enter your security code."
We've double checked that the vmail greeting is setup on the operator extension and we've checked that it's active. The 'Please enter security code' message still gets played.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
