I have a bizhub c351 which was loaded with c250 firmware. I was ripped off, I know. Now what do I do? Konica Minotla will not help me.

You need to load the proper firmware. do you have a card that you can load the firmware onto? i can load the software on a card and send it to you if needed....

Hi Ty. I have a card to load this but it's a 4G card. Must I have a 128M card? Can I just obtain the card from you? How do I get in touch? I couldn't get the firmware to install on my 4G card using cygwin.

yes you will have to download the bizhub c351-c450 fw and then load the firmware imaging tool put your CF card in a CF adapter and (DO NOT FORMAT IT) then select the card in the imaging tool and then select the firmware to be loaded (the fw will be ziped so unzip it) then load it if you get success then turn copier off and plug in the card and booom your copier will load it. then when done remove card and your fixed but if you cant do that ill help ya.....

the 4gb card will not work it has to be no bigger than 512 but 256 is reccomended

Your firmware (Operating Software for the copier is bad) Will require a tech, as the firmware for the copier is located on a secure web site only access able via Konica Minolta Dealership and KMBS, they like to protect there firmware

Error code c-d362 in c250

Did you replace the main board if so the the small board on the main board does not match the info on the other board and you have a NV RAM error NVRAM stores the serial number counter info very important info. Need a tech to re-flash the firmware not drivers maybe a new board and NVRAM

its firmware problem.You need to install the firmware of photocopier.T install firmware you need a Micro SD card that fits in your copier.Firmware files are available on Konica Minolta website.
