Altitude changes depending on pressure; because you are along ocean, you experience it more than usual.
M problem is that temperature remains higher than normal one (30°C), can you solve it ?

If your numbers dim when you push any button, it's probably a battery. If your numbers are off or very faint same problem, battery. Those watches take a 1.50 V cell because of the light, and multi functions. Any decent jewelry store should be able to have you in and out in 10 minutes or sooner.
You will need to take this watch in to a local Certified Master Horologist. It will have to be opened and reset from the inside by shorting the appropriate contacts on the movement. It may also require a battery to operate properly, if it has not been replaced in the past 1-2 years.
If you wear this watch in the water, you need to have it pressure tested to ensure its resistance after the procedure. This is properly done with a pressure testing machine that usually is found at Horologist / Watchmaker shops only.

Press START/SPLIT (+) or STOP/RESET (-) to increase or decrease setting values. 6. Set the value to your current elevation. 7. Press MODE (NEXT) to advance to the next setting option. 8. Press SET (DONE) to finish. 9. To complete calibration for the REFRENCE HOME altitude (or WEATHER setting), press and hold STOP/RESET until watch beeps.
Repeat this procedure for WEATHER, making sure to choose the proper weather condition on the WS4 that matches your current weather.
Once these two variables are calibrated, your WS4 will be ready to go, providing you with accurate altitude, pressure, and weather forecast information at your fingertips. Enjoy.
When you change the battery on this watch you have to short the circuit board. You need a fine pair of tweezers and you need to look on the circuit board for an arrow or bare spot, put 1 end of the tweezers on that place on the circuit board and the other on the battery at the same time. that should do the trick if the battery was installed correctly and the battery is good.
Certain functions need to be calibrated. The altimeter and the Meteo are tied together. When a customer gets the watch, they should calibrate to either the Meteo or Altimeter. The easiest way to find out the altitude of the nearest airport (you can usually get this on line) and then go to the airport and adjust the watch. This will also calibrate the Meteo.
To calibrate the Altimeter: 1. Activate Crystal 2. Press Altimeter 3. Press and hold top + button until the watch beeps and display flashes. 4. Use + and – buttons to adjust altitude 5. Press center of dial to lock in.
