Assuming you are using Windows 7, connect to your wireless network, click the signal bars, right click your wireless connection and select properties. Select the Connection tab and make sure Connect automatically when this network is in range is selected.

hi, Have you tryed going into the Drive settings, open properties up right click go down to auto play setting, and in these setting you should be able to change them to auto play on all mixed content, make sure you click always use this setting/settings, i hope this fixes your problem.

Did you check that the microphone is not muted under the volume controls?

The back light is located directly below (and is attached to the screen) - this will need to be replaced).

can you be more specific 100% mixed doing what and when? What model laptop, what os is on it? The more details you provide the easier it is to know.

Can't DOWNLOAD it or can't INSTALL it? Are you saving it to your computer first to install it later, or are you trying to install it while downloading? Save the files to your computer first, then run the install when the download is complete. What method of internet are you using (cable modem, DSL, dial up)?

Maybe theres a short in the headset, or a problem between the jack and the motherboard. If it's built in mic, go to your sound settings in the control panel and make sure mic is active. if not you may need a new driver. Try going to Dell.com and look for driver updates for you to download. Most computer manufacturers let you upgrade from their site. If you are unsure what kind of hardware you have, try a free app called Belarc Adviser that is free on the web.
