THE FURANCE IS ABOUT 20 YEARS OLD I HAVE NEVER HAD

Replace the thermocouple. It is the brass or copper tube that goes into the pilot light to detect the heat from the flame. If it is burned out, the gas valve will not open and the pilot will not light. They are universal and cost less than $10.

How to put up a coleman tucana tent

Wow. They put more and more stuff on tents. I'll give it a try based on a photo I found.

First, peg the four corners down. This will help it from moving around.

Find the two longest poles. These are your main supports and once you get them in, you can use the tent without the fancy rain cover (if you want to). They should run diagonally from the corner's you pegged. Start at one corner and slide the poles through the sleeves in the top of the tent towards the opposite corner.

The next two longest go from back to front. They do not cross diagonally. Slide these into their sleeves.

Now the hardest part. Slide a pole into a peg hole or a pin (if your poles have holes in the bottom), then bend the pole and attach it to it's corresponding corner. Just let the bent poles lay on the ground. Do the same with the others. It shouldn't matter which poles go up first, but I would do the diagonals myself, then the side supports. Once these 4 poles are up, you're in business.

To attach the monster rain cover flip the whole thing over the top and figure out which side goes to the door. It looks like the lantern is on the right front.

It looks like you should have two poles left. One may be the same size as the side support poles, or very close to it. This is the front door pole. The smallest pole is the side roof support.

Slide the front door sleeve through it's sleeve, then attach it to the pins or holes where the diagonally support poles are. They should have two pins in this spot, one for ea pole. Next, slide the side support pole side to side under the roof, but over the tent. It should have little pockets to put the pole into. Last, you'll have to bungie the hooks to the little rings at each corner of the rain cover. Forget all the strings, unless you want to stake them out to stretch your tent a little. Hope this helped. My Coleman Powermate Pulse 1750 generator shuts down

Your generator should run a power tool rated at 10 amps. The 15 amps you mentioned for the PM1750 is for the DC rating. The AC rating is 11.6 amps.

My coleman hotwater heater is not igniting, nor is pump working

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. If it is a fuse then you'll need to replace it, you can use a similar rating fuse as replacement. Also make sure to check the battery output. Use only a 6-volt, 4 AmpHr rechargeable lead acid battery.
Remove the screw from the cover on the right side of your water heater and remove the cover. Pull the battery out from storage compartment and remove the leads from the battery terminals. Now use a multimeter to check for the power on the battery.

If this doesn't resolve your issue then i'll suggest you to check the element for the power. To check the elements, turn off the power, remove one wire from one screw on each element, then touch the probes from a digital ohm meter to each screw. Now the value should be greater than few 100's ohm(around 250-300 ohms). If it is less then you'll need to replace the element.
Only perform these repairs if you are confident that you will be able to perform each step correctly and would wire everything correctly. And, do not perform any repairs if it is under warranty.

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

The entrance door handle on my coleman natache pop

I also have the same problem. The only way to get into the panel (without completely tearing it apart is to drill out the rivets across the top of the door. The reason the screw is turning is because inside it's held in place with a nut that is turning. You can get to those nuts once the top panel is removed. Can you do me a favor? Where did you find your replacement handle? I've been looking everywhere and it would be SO helpful to be pointed in the right direction!

How to stabalize four tent poles in an open area.

if you get four sturdy poles (not normal tent poles) then the best thing to do is to stake the four poles into the ground at a 60 degree angle with the top away from the tent and then use the tension created by the angle to support the tarp.

Instruction to put up a Coleman Rock Springs 4 Tent please?

Wow, thats a monster tent. I'll get you most of the way there, but I may miss a thing or two

Lay it down, stretch it out and peg it. That will save you a ton of time.

Next, find the four longest poles. These are the supports. Two on each side of the door, crossing diagonally to the rear. Put one end of the poles in the holes and bend until you can get the other end in. These poles should slide through sleeves in the tent. Once these are up, the rest are "extras." The tent has hooks to hold the poles to the tent.

You have two poles of equal lengths for the side windows. Again, route them thru a sleeve, bending them into the holes on either side of the windows. I can't tell, but it looks like you have a pole system for the front door too. Somehow these poles go next to the main support poles and meet up under the rain cover.

Next, lay the rain cover on top of the tent. It should connect by bungies to the bottom of the pole support holes. There might be a pole or two under the rain cover, but above the tent for support. If so. look for a small pouch that a pole could slide into on the bottom side of the rain cover. You'll run the pole from the pouch to another pouch (all under the rain cover).

Don't worry about strings or extra poles. These are for high wind. Pegging the tent down is good enough.

Good luck

What are the two pins attached to the eye hole,

Are the are pins attached to the pole attachments tabs at the corners along the bottom or farther up the sides at the corners? If they are at the corners a few feet off the ground, they are probably for the rain fly. If they are ground level they could be for an attachment that may not come with your tent like a vestibule. They could also be used for securing the tent after it has been rolled up. In either case here is a link to your tent that might be helpful. Just scroll down and click on the product manual link.
