Roseann, after reading your computer specification I must do this I will very happy to give you a much newer version of desktop I have 3 desktops at work that you can use. now the question is how can we do that if you pay for the shipping I'' be more then happy to send one of them to you with windows already installed , more ram bigger hard drive and also desktop. now about your question I'm wondering if you run out space on your HD and that is why you only see one download how big is the download and how much more space left you have on your HD?

go to realtek.com and download sound driver from there ,if you dont have sound driver

First suggestion is to do a system restore back to the time it was working. That should fix it.
