You need to make sure that the small flex line going to the water supply is not kinked than if that dont work make sure theres no trash in the cartridge

Turn off the water valves at the back of the sink and place a bucket underneath the drain to catch any water that may run out. 2 Loosen the nuts that hold together the drain tailpiece and the P-trap with a wrench. Disconnect the the two pieces. 3 Unscrew the drain tailpiece from the drain flange. Depending on how the drain flange is held in place, you may need to hold it down firmly as you twist the tailpiece below. Remove the tailpiece and set it aside. 4 Remove the old drain flange. It may come straight out after the tailpiece is removed, or it may be held in place with putty or silicone. If it is held in place tightly, grasp the edge with a pair of pliers and pull until it comes free. 5 Wipe down the sink area that was underneath the old flange. If the metal was discoloring or rusting, clean the porcelain well and dry it to keep the new flange clean. 6 Apply a thin bead of silicone caulk to the underside of the new flange. Push the new flange into the drain hole in the sink. 7 Push the drain tailpiece back up into the sink's drain from below and screw it into the flange tightly. Use a wrench to tighten it up securely. 8 Reconnect the P-trap to the tailpiece and tighten the nuts that hold it in place. Turn on the water supply to the sink and run water through the pipes to ensure everything is securely fastened. Things You Will Need

Usually you remove the lever and then you can see a gear like limiting ring. Adjust it one way or the other and test....

Take it apart and clean the cartridge or as long as you have it apart replace the cartridge assy.

Refer to the manufacturer's recommendations for back-flushing/descaling to flush out mineral deposits and build-up in the heat exchanger. You can check to see if this is a problem by comparing the full cold water flow with full hot water flow at the faucet. If the hot water flow is significantly slower than the cold then the heat exchanger is likely clogged with deposits and will not transfer heat sufficiently. sounds like there may be some blockage on the cold side,try disconnecting the water line,be sure the cutoff is off.see if any trash falls out with what water comes out.also check if they used tape when connecting and make sure the tape is not the problem.

First turn off the shut-off valves and remove the Forte faucet inlet hose from the cold water line. Then put a temporary inlet hose on that shut-off valve. Test how much water flows into a bucket when you open the valve. Assuming that you had good flow from the cold water shut-off valve through the supply hose, a trickle flow on one side suggests the cartridge plunger (mixing valve) or the inlet hose is blocked or damaged. Since this is a new unit, I'd recommend you replace the faucet. The best option may be to take it to the place where it was purchased (depending on the return policy). Could be debris partially blocking inlets.

What do you want to tighten. The handle or the part that's attached to the counter?

Shut the water off to the faucet. Open faucets above this unit to allow water to empty in the pipes. Disconnect the water supply from the faucet. Unbolt the faucet from the counter top. Didn't the faucet come with directions?

Probably has water deposit minerals build up on it. Push and or pull with pliers until freely moves,soak in Lime away solvent ,toothbrush on.

The plug has a little hole in the end - that rocker-arm lever fits through the hole. If the plug gets turned 90 degrees to the side before installing the lever, the lever won't go through the holeand the popup won't pop up. Pull the lever back out, rotate the plug 90 degrees with your fingertips or thumb, and put it back in. It may take several tries.

Under the sink, you mean? Around the tailpiece? Loosen the tailpiece nut and Seal it with "plumber's putty", then snug it back down.

The Drain handle can be adjusted under the sink, you can remove the retainer and adjust the lever.

My husband is a plumber. He says u need to pull it off with pliers. U need to just pull it off. It may take a couple tries, but it should come out.
