I have the Campbell Hausfeld WL650702RB compressor and I believe the thermal overload switch is bad. Is this a replaceable part or is it integral to the motor?

it is a replaceable part -if available-- but they are very seldom faulty as you have not described a symptom of what brought you to that conclusion it is difficult to help you As an indication of a problem, if the motor refuses to start, hums or does nothing , the most likely problem will be the start/run capacitor as they fail on a regular basis so check it for leaks , expanded case etc

Campbell hausfeld wl600701an starts fine when you use it and pressure drops it tryies to star and kemicms breaker I seen are it said it ha a one way chem vlve that will cause thus are is it loated

I think you are asking where is the check valve or one way valve. There is a copper tube that takes the air from the cylinder head of the pump to the tank - the check valve is combined with the fitting that attaches that tube to the tank. Most of it actually stickes inside the tank.

What is the cylinder head torque requirements for a campbell hausfeld wl660700aj

The screws are either 1/4 inch or 5/16; I can't remember for sure - they may even be metric. But the torque is not really critical. Try 4 to 5 ft pounds.

Campbell Hausfeld HD4200 spray gun. Will not spray plain water. no siphon effect at feeder tube. What to check?

Check for air leaks above the top of the feeder tube. If it leaks air there, then no suction. Bad gaskets often cause this.

Campbell hausfeld 20 gl 4h.p #VT620400AJ WHY IS THERE OIL N MY TANK COOD I PLZ GET N ANSWER

Please do not yell, and please proofread before posting. My guess it was on it's side, oil from the crankcase slipped past the rings and the valve into the tank. Other guess is you have way too much oil in the crankcase. Drain it out the tank via the condensate drain. If you want to clean the tank, only use nonflammable cleaners. Look at the brake cleaner row in a car parts store. Remove the drain screw. Spray a lot in the tank. Swish it around, drain. Repeat till what drains out is oil free. Drain and refill the oil in the crankcase to the fill line, or to the required amount per the owners manual.
