I have a Bunn coffee

How often does the water
Your resevior should remain full, especially if you use the brewer daily or close to it. If the machine sits too long, especially plugged in and warm, ALWAYS refill it before powering it up if you have moved it. I would top it off before use. Personally I recommend topping it off (pouring in 1/2 pot or so) before each use and letting it reach brew temp. This will assure you the proper volume AND fresher tasting water/coffee due to loosing oxygen overnight.
New machine. followed all
I would try to get a replacement, since something sounds faulty with the unit. Usually a clogged water line in the maker causes problems like this, with mineral buildup after a period of time, but this is a new unit and shouldn't have this problem. Contact Bunn and see if they will honor a replacement- here is their web support page:

Push for a replacement, since it's not going to be an easy fix.

Model Cwtf 15 It keeps running. when pot is full
Hi. Let it run until the water tank is empty. Then just fill the pot to the amount of coffee you want to serve.and dump it in, now the maker can only make the coffee for the amount you put into it. Good luck. bobbyone
The coffee maker has started overfilling the pot.
hello,There is a brew timer on the left side of your machine near the heater
switch. you need to remove an access panel to access it. turn this down
a little, let the water heat up, then try another brew. Adjust as
needed, brewing another pot between each setting.

Coffee starts dripping down before I can get the
This is common with bunn coffee makers, if you are not fast enough, coffee starts dripping. The only solution I found is to use a water pitcher, first fill coffee pot to cup mark you are using, then pour into pitcher, put pot back on machine, then pour in water. You can mark a line on picture, so you know where to fill to each time.
Bunn coffee unit leaking
most likely this is leaking out of the plastic tray where you pour the water in. this can be replaced, but you will have to call your local Bunn repair shop to see if they have a used one there, because Bunn will not ship parts for the home brewers. If you are within your warranty period of three years, give Bunn a call at 1-800-263-2256 and ask forwarranty department.

My 10 cup Bunn is not heating water. It is plugged
Is the side switch in the "I" position and the "O" up in the air and you see orange around the switch? If so, then please call 800-352-2866 with the model and date code and we will be happy to assist you in resolving your issue.
The water from my bunn nhbx , drips constantly
This can occur when the machine has a lime build-up. I would recommend cleaning and deliming the machine and if this doesn't fix the problem, call 800-352-2866 for further assistance.
Vacation Switch
The vacation switch should be in the "I" position and the "O" should be in the up position and you will see orange around the switch. If this does not correct the issue, then please call 800-352-2866 for further assistance.
Bunn coffee maker does not brew hot coffee
Please check the vacation switch located on the side of the machine. The "I" should be done and the "O" should be up in the air with orange showing. If it is in this position, then please call customer service at 800-352-2866 with the model and date code.
