I assume that you haven't got any instructions for your watch, That being the case, you can get them from their web site "Boluva.com". When you get there choose your area, click on one of the pictures and in the menu at the top of the next page you will see "service center".

Click on this and a long list of manuals will appear. Find the one for your watch and download.

It should have a CAL number engraved on the watch back and using this you can find instructions for download at www.accurist.co.uk under the after sales service area and downloads option.

Go to www.loruswatches.com and they have instructions there. I didn't download that translator and it still was available in english. I don't know your model number but you can do that there. Hope it helps.
