F35 error means that there is some sort of issue with the steamer electronic board and analog pressure sensor has gone bad. Check that the hose is firmly attached with the washer and is not blocked. You can also check the water level pressure switch operation. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

go to the back of the unit and visually check for the transportation bolts also if this unit is new you will not be able to do any repairs to the unit otherwise you would void your warranty My suggestion is to call for service immediatley if the unit is new do not run the unit until you go around the back and remove the transport bolts they are not noted in the installation manual and should of been taken off by the delivery people if you ran the unit with the bolts in place pray that it did not damage the machine I await your reply to find out if this unit is new and under warranty Thanks Rick

If it is brand new. It should have full factory warranty. I would called the place that you bought it from and have them fix it.

Check to make sure you don't have the control panel inadvertently locked. If you are referring to a Whirlpool Duet, Kenmore Elite, or Maytag Epic series washer or dryer, the control lock is a built-in safety feature that enables the consumer to lock the control panel to prevent children from manipulating the controls and accidentally starting the appliance.

With the lock on, the control panel is disabled and you cannot use any of the controls, except the button to unlock it. It can inadvertently be set following a power outage, leaning against the control panel, or pressing and holding the wrong button. This is usually not an indication of a malfunction.

These instructions are also printed on the front panel of the appliance and in the owner's manual.

If this does not correct your problem, then you may have a more significant problem other than a simple operator control button issue (such as an operator console problem or main control board issue). NOTE: Each one of these washers come with a technical data sheet inside.

To access, you will need to remove the lower toe panel under the door. The access screws are located under the bottom front edge of the panel. You may have to prop the two front feet of the washer up for better access ( a 2x4 works well for this). With the screws removed, the panel should drop down, then come off. If the tech sheet isn't directly behind the panel, it will be affixed to one of the interior cabinet walls.

The tech sheet lists all error code definitions, troubleshooting data, diagnostics procedures and wiring diagrams. I mention the tech sheet because you may need it to troubleshoot if you cannot get the control panel to unlock.

"Fdl" is a lock latch error code. This is an indication of either a defective door latch, defective Central Control Unit (CCU), or an interconnecting cable problem between the two. The following link explains:

Duet dryer doors cannot be reversed for the swing. They wil only open one way. Depending on your model of washer the newers ones will allow you to reverse the door swing without a kit. The older units require a kit to reverse the washer door.

try the door switch in the dryer inside of dryer its a button that close a switch to let power pass through to turn the dryer on if need help let me know

Check you venting. Sounds like it it stopped up with lint, etc. The vent starts at the connection in back of the dryer where the 4" flex hose connects to the dryer all the way to the outside of the house. Hope this helps you.

70 means it is an Central Control Unit(CCU) communication failure.

belt snapped...............or starter cap (silver can next to motor ) needs replacing.............

The door catches need to be replaced. There is a service flash out on this from Whirlpool.Be sure to order two kits and follow instructions included with the kit regarding color codes.
