To my knowledge there is not an alternate circuit. Take a closer look, the number you gave is for a vertical defliction IC.

Try resetting the frig by holding the power freeze and power cool buttons down at the same time.

Do you see ice on the back wall of the freezer?

I am not sure what model you have, but on my RF265AABP there are two buttons and digital displays at the top of the refrigerator, visible when the doors are open. One sets freezer temperature, the other refrigerator temperature. On my model if they read 88 88 with a blinking digit, it indicates a broken wire to a temperature sensor, usually the ice maker sensor since it tends to get snagged and damaged easily.

To reset the unit just hold down the Power cool and Power freeze button for about 10-20 seconds. This will reset the machine and it should start again.

If refrigerator is not cooling properly it can be due to a defrost timer, which is causing the fridge to go into defrost cycle. Usually it takes 45-60 minutes for refrigerator to come out of defrost cycle. If the timer is bad then it will not come out of defrost cycle and can result in this kind of issues. It can also occur due to defrost thermostat, it allows current to pass through it at temperatures of 20 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit and prevents current from passing through it at 40 to 60 degrees. This is difficult to test, though, because it takes a prolonged, very-cold temperature to turn it on. The defrost thermostat is snapped onto the top portion of the evaporator. The thermostat sends temperature information to the processor. The defrost heater must be replaced when replacing the thermostat.
1. Remove the lower fan duct work from the evaporator cover.
2. Remove the 1/4-in. evaporator cover screws and remove the evaporator cover.
3. Disconnect the defrost thermostat wiring connector.
4. Remove the defrost thermostat from the evaporator.

The fan is probably hitting ice, which did not defrost. Most likely culprit is the defrost timer. This will build up and prevent cold air from circulating from the freezer to the refrigerator. You can remove the rear panel in the freezer, expose the ice, melt it with a blow dryer(careful not to electrocute yourself) and replace the panel. If it occurs again within a week, then the defrost timer is either bad, the fuses to the timer need replacing or the thermostat is not telling the timer when to turn on.

the ice maker has a different solenoid that works it so id say either the switch on the door or the other water solenoid is at fault

those have a high temp warning,, anytime the freezer or fridge goes above a set temp it will beep,,, make sure all or the doors are shutting good and the gasket is sealing,, if they are try to find any cold air coming out,, if all is good,, you need to get a service tech because it could be a bad fan, or a bad sensor
