Is there a heating element below the coil? I've just had this issue and replaced the heating element that keeps the coil from becoming iced up and that solved my problem. Maybe you can find a diagram of the cooler to determine where the heating element is located.

Same problem here with no manual for Davina Cross Trainer. Lost the instruction pack during house move. Any kind soul who can scan and send to me or take a photo. I am just stress out looking at the nuts and bolts in the bag. Thanks

Yes you can order a set from most locksmiths that cut keys to code.
You may be able to order a set by phone for this.

Alternatively, the manufacturer will keep replacements, but may cost slightly more.
