It might be plugged, so what you need to do is turn it upside down, look for where the pointy needle is. There is a little hole by that. Straighten out a paper clip, and insert it into the hole. Jiggle it around a bit, then try making your coffee. You might have to do the paper clip fix a couple of times if you didn't go in far enough, but this usually fixes the problem

Turn the machine upside down. You will see a tiny hole. You don't need any expensive tools, just open up a paper clip and push it in the hole and move it around. You might have to try a couple of times, but this does the trick for my Keurig.

If the unit is within the warranty period, and if its new, it should be. Pack it up and take it to the store you got it from for a replacement. If you can not do that, contact the manufacturer for a replacement. If you mess with it, you VOID the warranty and all is lost!

Make a cup of coffee, then it will pump again. Good luck.
