Empty Drip tray warning stays

Hi, if your coffee maker empty drip tray stays on even when you put a cup on it, then it means the small lever (micro switch) below it is broken and you need to replace it...
You have to take it to the service center around you to replace it with a token fee or call the customer care center to make a complain and you will be asked to take it to the nearest service center.......

Take care

Water not running through the machine!

sounds like air got in the water lines. Try turning off the machine and making sure the tank is seated good. at menu try an get hot water to get the pump flowing again. you may hear a loud "eh-eh-eh" buzz which means air is in the pump. It will quiet down as the air is forced out. try it several times. Hopefully you get it working. Just remember not to run the tank completely dry.

Insert Drip Tray

Check the right side of the tray holder. There should be a small lever (micro-switch) that you can feel and press in. If it does not click when pressed then you need to replace it at a service center. If the leaver just broke off (a small triangle piece with a tab on the end) then you may be able to stick a piece of card board to make the switch click and fool the machine to think the tray is in. until you can get it to a service center. Can't reinsert brew group into my Saeco primea

Hello. I am providing a link to the manual for your machine. When you go to page 42 it will talk you through all of the steps required to reinsert your brew group. It also speaks to lubrication of this brew group on a regular basis using a special lubricating grease available only from Saeco. IF you have not greased your unit this alone could be the solution to your problem. Regards, Joe ps please rate my answer. Thank you.

Saeco Primea Cappuccino Ring--stuck on "boiler filling" mode!

Hello, I had the same problem, therefore the machine has gone to a repair centre. The problem is caused by a mechanical switch in the machine, that doesn't work properly. To repair it you've to open the machine completely, but that’s not easy. Because there is nothing broken you’ll should have warranty because it is a production failure. The solution in my case was to heat up the switch and push it a little together so that the contact works properly. It is the switch that you hear when you turn on the machine.

Hello!!
Okay! Looks like many of you out there has the same problem, whit the milk temerature (not me i never had).
But there is a service menu on primea touch plus series.
Im from Sweden but i will try my best to explain how to enter the menu. First of all !!MUST!! write down off parameters before changing any thing!!!! It is possible to set the grinder to grin more coffie for each cup. I think the factory setting is 85 Aroma impulse. It is possible to change that for you type of coffie beans that you use, i will diff from bean to bean.

Okay, to enter the menus you have to turn you machines off.
Now turn it on !!!!!EXACTLY!!!!! when the display lights up press your display in the following order ALWAYS IN THE CORNERS (you will not see any icons were you have to touch on you display) RIGHT LOWER CORNER, LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER.

To enter the second service menu, do as i explained before but use this "CODE" instead. LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER, RIGHT LOWER CORNER. This is it! Hope i could help you! Remeber to write down before doing any changes! DO NOT ERASE ANY FAULT CODES YOU SERVICE CENTER WILL FIND THAT INFORMATION VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

Dont say that it didnt work, it will it´s a huge matter of timing!!!! IT WILL WORK!!!!

Let me know some results please!!

Saeco Primera Ring please help by advising how to

Hello. Let me assist you. This wonderful machine is great when it works properly and such a pain when it doesn't ...... plus you miss that perfect cup of brew....... The company stand is that your issue requires you get your machine to a service center. If you wish to proceed that way, here is the contact information:;

Saeco Customer Service
USA: 1-800-933-7876
Canada: 1-514-385-5551

That said, you may be able to clear the chute with a vacuum cleaner. If you have a vacuum hose with good suction, such as with a shop vac, you can go to a Home Depot, or similar store and purchase a set of micro attachments which concentrate the suction and allow you to get into very small places... Then, you will be able to vacuum out the accumulation of beans and coffee dust and be good to go.

Here is the web link to the micro vacuum attachments I use:

http://www.marbeck.com/vacuum_attachments_shop_vac.html

Good luck with this and enjoy your next cup real soon.

Display shows "out of coffee"

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Please remove the container and clean it using hot water. And let the coffee maker dry for a while. The coffee beans might have stuck, and thats why you are getting this error. Try adjusting the fineness of the grind using the knob. If you do not obtain the desired result, try using a different coffee blend. Store coffee in a cool place, in a hermetically sealed container. You will note a change after dispensing 1 - 2 coffees.

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

Brew group stuck

Just do the following: remove the dredge drawer. Open the door. On left side and towards the back of the brew group, there is a single screw. Remove the screw. Grab the handle and pull carefully, but firmly with a quick ******. The brew group should come out now. There is a piece that remains in the machine. Slide the piece down and to the right and it will come off. Insert the piece into the hole on the backside of the brew group with the clip up. Tighten the screw and move brew group back into position. If your brew group did not come out please call your service center.
To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this, look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. Now you can push the puck slide on the left side down and to the center. If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not just push the slide to the right until it does. Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First you must close the door and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and insert the brew group. Done

Water leaking

Hi
If there is water on top of the machine when you remove the water tank, this is whats happening.
There is a seal on top of the machine under the water tank. To get to it, remove the water tank, and set aside. There is a large doughnut shaped cap on top of the machine. Slip a screwdriver on the outside edge of the cap and pry up gently. When it snaps up, go to the other side of the cap and do the same. There is a black seal in the center and if you stick your finger in the center and it lifts out it need to be replaced. Clean any residue inside the opening with a Q-tip.
When you get the new seal, it won’t slip in. Insert it at a slight angle (double lips down), then take your finger nail and run it around the bottom edge of the seal until it slips in, then push down. Snap the cap back on and your set to go.
