My feed dogs are not catching the fabric.

Likely there is a lever, button, or such to raise and lower the feed dogs. Check all the different buttons ones you have, usually on the right side of the machine -maybe at the base. Often they are not marked. If possible you might Goodle the machine make and model and there may be a video on U tube to show specifically how to do it. Moses

On my kenmore 1120 motor runs feed dogs do not move nore needle

First off make sure your bobbin winder is not enguaged, meaning in the left hand position not the right. Also check your handwheel isn't pulled out to the right which would mean your bobbin winding clutch is enguaged.

Foot pedal

http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/foot-control-and-cord-singer-87532.aspx and many, many, many other places. Should be in the $30-50 range. I am not necessarily suggesting this particular source, but I have used their parts before satisfactorily.

When I wind a bobbin, it makes a screeching noise and the needle goes up and down. What step am I missing ?

On the right side is a big wheel and in the middle a smaller one. You need to unlock the smaller wheel so that the needle mechanism does not run when re-winding a bobbin. You need to use both hands to do it. Hold the bigger wheel and then loosen the inner wheel anti clock wise. Once you have finished loading your bobbin you need to tighten the inner wheel again for the machine to be fully functional again.

I need to adjust the feed dog higher. There is a

I would not advise raising the teeth any higher unless they have dropped down, with the teeth fully up crouch down so the teeth are in your eyeline and they should only be just above the plate, if you raise them up above what they should be you are in danger of breaking the needle plate and even the teeth holder which will be expensive
