I am guessing that you may have just replaced your toner cartridge. Remove the cartridge, switch the machine off and with the toner cartridge still out of the machine close the copiers front cover and turn the machine back on. This will reset the code and the machine should now ask you for the toner cartridge again. First of all give the cartridge a good shake and then refit it to the copier as normal. Hopefully your done, if not you may need to replace the cartridge and get a refund from your supplier as it may be faulty. Good luck Follow me on Twitter @CDOS_Service

heat roller problem , enter # ,interupt, c , interupt machine goes off and enter 14 then press print buttom. this might clear ur problem. if it repeat same h2 code. need to change thermister and enter above code 14 again

there might be some dirt on thermistor above the heater upper roller pls check and clean the fuser unit then use simulation 14 to reset the machine enter simulation by presssing #,interrupt,c,interrupt in sequence display is then off, then no. 14 then start key h2 disappears ok
