How much HDD (GB) does Intel D101ggc support ?

You then must have re-installed your XP, and if no other Hardware configuration changed then it sounds as if you do not have all the necessary drivers reloaded.Check your Device manager if there are any notifications and update all drivers. Then look at this and follow these steps to also identify where your issues may be.:http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/sag_mpmonperf_15.mspx?mfr=true

When I shut down my computer, automaticly restar, my mother board is intel desktop board d101ggc

If the PSU power supply units fan is not working the PSU is faulty Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA the leads from your MOTHERBOARD TO YOUR HARD DRIVE make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive if its a flat ribbon 40 pin type IDE replace it this will be the first to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd floppy have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs

power and data to travel through every working device and to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

even something as small as a faulty power lead or fan lead can cause you problems

computers need all of the data and electrical current to travel through every working device and to have an end to be able work properly

make sure ram modules and cmos batteries have dust free secure seatings and cmos battery has charge some motherboards cmos batteries are soldered in

you might not have enough computer ram

not having enough computer ram will run your computer over its limits putting to much strain on the CPU central processing unit and can cause memory dumps

you might have to many programs trying to or accessing the internet at the same time scroll to bottom toolbar (bottom of screen) right click select task manager applications you will see whats running if you see anything you dont need running select end now and you might uninstall that specific program if you or computer does not require it to run and some unnecessary programs that could be jamming up your computer also under processes see what is ticking over in the background again if you see something you dont need to be and users you will see who is using your computer you might need to add more computer ram if you're not sure if a module is right for your system use the Crucial Memory Advisor tool for a list of guaranteed compatible modules. first you will need to select the manufacturer from a drop down list then select your product line from a drop down list then select the model then click find it will take you directly to compatible ram also you will have an option to scan your system you should always ask for a guarantee on the compatibility of the ram before making any purchase

might be getting hot

check you CPU make sure its securely seated and has thermal grease

No boot

The beeps are possibly post during post the very first work is done by the ram,all the memory in the ram is first transferred to the hard disk, and remains active untill turned off.

make sure that your RAM modules and Cmos battery are securely seated

on some motherboards Cmos batteries are soldered in

Test all power and data leads that attach from motherboard to your hard drive IDE SATA

make sure they have a secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty

if its a flat 40 pin ide it will be the first to fail

check the graphics card is seated properly with no dust in the socket you might have to remove it to check for dust reinstall it

restart your computer the found new hardware wizard should activate

a computer needs power and data to travel through every working device and to its continue its cycle and to have and end to function make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd and floppy drive have secure make sure the connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs all electric current and computer data to travel to and through every working device and have an end to work properly so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error also check the keyboard for secure dust free connection ps2 and or usb hope this helps

Problem with Intel D101GGC Motherboard e210882

you can't directly blame to mother board. so first thing you can try is to reset your BIOS. to rewet the Bios you can locate the CMOS battery on your board and remove it for 10-20seconds . or you can see any jumper near the CMOS bateery and reset it. in most of the case mother board works when you reset the BIOS by doing the above process. And if you can arreage another RAM then you can try with other RAM. I hope it'll work for you.

HOW TO I KNOW THE BUS SPEED

You know 'Upgradation' is not a word, right? lol!How about Upgrade ability? The Intel D101GGC motherboard has a Front Side Bus MAXIMUM frequency rate of 800MegaHertz. (FSB max rate is 800MHz)Therefore, it depends on the PROCESSOR that is being used, as to what frequency rate of Ram Memory that can be used.[ Excuse me. Frequency Rate = 'Speed'. The layman's term ]Ram Memory typically operates at HALF of the frequency rate, of the FRONT SIDE BUS for the Processor.Have a Processor that has a maximum FSB frequency rate of 800MHz?You can use Ram Memory that operates at a frequency rate of 400MHz, or 333MHz. (Do recommend using PC3200, however)Have a Processor that has a Maximum frequency rate of 533MHz?You can use DDR Sdram at 333MHz. (PC2700)The Intel D101GGC uses DDR Sdram ram memory.DDR Sdram at 333MegaHertz = PC2700DDR Sdram at 400MHz = PC3200There are TWO ram memory expansion slots. The MAXIMUM for EACH ram memory slot is 1GigaByte. (1GB)The Maximum TOTAL Amount for the motherboard is 2GB.ALWAYS make SURE you have a ram memory module ('Stick'), in Slot 1 (DIMM 1)A Processor reads Slot 1 first. If there is no ram memory in Slot 1, the computer will not work. How to know what the FSB is of the processor, you have currently installed?I suggest using the free CPU-Z,http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.htmlThe above link shows the default screen for CPU-Z. The screen that automatically comes up when you open CPU-Z.There are tabs across the top that you click on, to get other information. (Caches, Mainboard, Memory, SPD, Graphics, About)More on this in a moment.Let's look at the Processor example shown.1) Name: Intel Core i7 860It is an Intel Core i7 processor, and the model number is 860,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_Core_i7_microprocessors#.22Lynnfield.22_.2845_nm.292) Code Name: Lynnfield Based on the Lynnfield technology, and the 45nm architecture.(nm stands for NanoMeter. One billionth of a Meter)3) Package: Socket 1156 LGAUses an LGA1156 processor socket,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_11564) Technology: 45nm (Already stated by looking at the Wikipedia link)5) Core Voltage: 1.216 VLooking at the Wikipedia link, you can see this processor's voltage range is 0.65 to 1.4 Volts.Or stated as 0.650 to 1.400 Volts. It is -> DC Voltage. The 1.216 Voltage stated, is what that Processor is using now. It is real time information.6) Specification: Intel (Registered trademark) Core (TradeMark) i7 CPU.CPU stands for Central Processing Unit. Another term used is Microprocessor, or simply -> Processor, for short.8) 860 = Intel Model [email protected] stands for 2.80GigaHertz. The MAXIMUM frequency rate that the processor is designed to operate at.9) Family, Model, Stepping, Ext.Family, Ext.Model, and Revision, are Intel technology factors, for this processor. What Family of Processors it was developed from, what Model design, what stepping it uses, what Revision of design, and etc.10) Instruction: The Instruction Sets, or instruction set architecture, it uses. The basic MMX, and SSE, and variations of the SSE instruction sets, and further development of Instruction Sets through the years.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instruction_sethttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_instruction_sets11) Forget about the Cache column. What you are concerned with is under the Clocks (Core#0) subheading.I just stated the above, so you might have a better understanding, of what you are looking at.(Also it may spark something inside you, to join a Research and Development team, and design future computer technology. Who knows, right? )12) Core Speed: Again with the 'Speed'. It is Frequency Rate. This is the maximum 'speed' that the Processor will operate at.(Maximum frequency rate)When you have CPU-Z going, you can watch this frequency rate, change. It is showing Real Time information. AS IT HAPPENS.13) Multiplier: The multiplier times the internal clock 'speed', of the Processor. Forget about the information shown. It is for an Intel Core i7 processor, and this processor operates on a much different technology, than the Intel processor in your computer. What you are concerned with is shown in the box, to the right of -Bus Speed.A) If you have a Processor with a 533MHz FSB, the number shown will be 133.2Why?Because Intel processors are 'Quad Pumped'133.2 times 4 = 532.8This is rounded up to 533, or 533MHz.If you have an Intel processor with a Front Side Bus of 800MHz, the number in the box will be 200.6200MHz (Rounded down)Processor with an 800MHz FSB? Use PC3200.(DDR Sdram at 400MHz)Processor with a 533MHz FSB? Use PC2700.(DDR Sdram at 333MHz)For additional questions please post in a Comment.Regards, joecoolvette[ Need to know how to download, install, and use CPU-Z? Post in a Comment. You can also just post what you see on CPU-Z, and I will tell you what you are looking at.Clicking on the Caches tab, gives you information on the Processor cache.Clicking on the Mainboard tab tells you about your Motherboard.Clicking on the Memory tab, gives you basic information on your Ram Memory.Clicking on the SPD tab, gives you detailed information about your Ram Memory, AND each ram memory module.Clicking on the Graphics tab, gives you information on your graphics chipset. Integrated on the motherboard, or on a graphics card.Clicking on the About tab, gives you information about CPU-Z.
