basic problem is motherboard not compatible with win 7 os,second thing check your cpu fan and lock they fixed correctly or one lock is loose

intel download support will have it for you support then type in the search window your board number the download driver ok

hard drive maybe slow 5400rpm not 7200 rpm check drive speed on them

did you check to make sure that the cpu heatsink is pluged in the right spot on board if you did try a new one.
