check thermostat and breakers. need 240 volts a.c. and 24 volts a.c at outside unit.

match original loosen mounting bracket if necessary to read its mfd. rating.

thermostat, outside unit bad contactor. inside unit fan relay.

it has to be the same value in mfd. as the existing cap.

C- is common/ground of the board FM transformer
R-is 24 volts to the board FM transformer
B- is to energize reversing valve for heat from thermostat.
D- energizes the electric heat in defrost mode.
Y-comes from the thermostat and energizes the compressor and condenser fan motor by pulling in the contactor.

the psi on your unit will fluctuate ...dirty filter will cause it to be lower'' high humidity will cause it to be higher,,, the perfect scenario is 95 outside, 75 inside with 50 percent humidity,,, then it should read 68 psi which is a 40 degree coil temp. only when these conditions are perfect will your psi be 68psi

high side is dependant on outside air temp.... or could be a restriction in high side line

check breaker thermostat set cooling auto call for service.allso get it cleaned both coils.. Tom

compressor probably out. check connect at outside breaker box.
