Power button does not light,

no HP PC stated just a MOBO. must we guess? no the power button is just 2 wires, a digital line and ground it must be plugged in to the correct MOBO jack. in fact i can turn it on with a simple jumper wire, there. i guess you found the board, in garage sale, just tossed in a box? if the local vga jack and added in VGA card both fail then its a mobo issue. im googling for you. lets see what POPS Compaq Brio ATX PGA370 New D7580-60003 * This motherboard is only compatible with Celeron 400 CPUs With integrated SiS Super AGP graphics controller? takes 1 good RAM stick. if the fan fails to stay on, that means the PSU sees errors. mostly sees shorts on MOBO(remove things to find it) that one old mobo is rare, now. is the coin cell at 3vdc, or below 2.9v, if yes, needs new one. HP has zero data (information) on this old mobo or the COMPAQ BRIO anything. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3at_Ev2kOoI

My computer it does not opening, it beginnig to open and then stop?

I assume you mean it will not boot.Have you added any hardware to the computer recently? Try unplugging everything except for your power, keyboard, and monitor and try booting it up. If that doesn't help, you may have to open it up and try a few things, like pulling memory modules.

I get no signal on my lcd when I start my m8000 hp pc desktop

There is no communication to the video card. Try checking cable. Reconnect. Make sure monitor is set to correct input, like VGA, DVI, or HDMI. Reseat the video card, and if still nothing, test with another video card.

New ram not reconised

Try upgrading the Bios to the latest version and when you start it for the first time after it's upgraded make sure to "load bios defaults". Then restart and tweak the bios settings if you need to.

THE BOARD IS WORKING BUT IT HAS NO WHERE TO PLUG MY MONITER

It would seem as if you need a separate graphics card. A lot of the newer Mobos have no onboard graphics. Or it could be you have the wrong connector on your monitor (ie VGA, DVI, Display Port or HDMI)
