Did you spill a liquid on the keyboard? Try clicking the question key repeatedly real fast you might have something that is sticky under it. I would say maybe your keyboard is going bad or needs to be reseated, but most times when that happens it would be more than just the ? key, it would be some other keys around it. Try booting in Safe Mode and see if the ? key works.

Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Take the Safe Mode option and let it boot up.
