You probably need to replace the battery.

With Documents-To-Go, you generally use their sync software to keep the files updated. If you used this software to put the document on the device, open the program up and click on that file to check it's settings on the right. You may need to delete the file off of the device, and reinstall it from the Docs2Go software. There are times when a document can become corrupted and needs a fresh reinstallation to get it back.

When a Palm OS device reboots like that, it shows that there is a driver conflict. Somewhere along the line some software that was installed is conflicting with other software on the device and causes the reset. I would suggest deleting applications from the device one by one and testing after each to see if the reset is still happening. If you are using the Palm Desktop software that came with the device and performed a Sync (backup) after you created the Memo... it should be saved and accessible in the Desktop software (Memo tab). If no Sync was performed after creating the Memo, you will need to remove applications one at a time until the software conflict is removed allowing you to run your device without the constant reboots. It's a bit of a tedious process, but the only solution if you didn't back up the device after creating the memo you are trying to retrieve.

you could try changing the battery to see if it the battery is faulty if it does not seem to be the battery that is faulty then i suggest bringing it in as it may be something to do with the charging port on the treo

when battery is installed the screen shows 4 even space bars...the top one red, then green, blue and white with the word "bootload v 0.24" in the red bar and "SD" in the green bar and its frozen there. I've tried soft reset, system reset, and hard reset...nothing works.

you can unflash a flashed phone but all you need to do is flash the phone with the rom version for original company it was with before you can usually google this and find the rom that is need to flash your phone.

Go to systems "Phone" and make sure that TTY/TTD mode is not turned on. This can cause the phone to have the symptoms you describe.

maybe the MSD is too big for the phone to read.
Try getting a smaller one and eventually it'll work.

The connection is cut you need to resolder it

Several causes:
Bad battery
Poor signal quality
A setting on the phone to save power or air-time is enabled
Hardware defect or failure

The best solution is to go to your cell phone store and have them check it out. If you don't have store near you then call you cellular company. Call them from a different phone because they may need you to turn your cell phone on and off to troubleshoot the problem.

A last resort is to hard reset the device, but you will loose your data.

there is a small watch cell battery inside your phone cercuite. actually its not a lithum watch cell. replace using another phone watch cell.

buy a 3 GB memory card nd store all ur fone numbers on to it

THere is a screw just under the antenna ( remove small rubber plug with a sharp knife) and the keyboard can be replaced although I had a similar problem and it was the ribbon not seated all the way into the holder.

You probably have a loose SIM tray. I had a loose tray and it would just shutdown if the phone go sat down or held.
