Logitech Z-2300 Computer Speakers Questions & Answers
Right speaker doesn't work
I had this very same problem and I had my system for about 2 weeks. I have seen a lot of similar posts on this site so it seems that this problems happens a lot. For some reason my right speaker just stopped working so i came to this site for help. I looked at alot of posts and nothing fixed the problem. when i switched the right speaker to the left input it started to work so I knew the speakers were fine. So i finally decided to unplug everything and restart my laptop. Once my laptop rebooted I plugged the sub back into the wall after about a minute of it being not plugged in. Then I plugged all the the wires and volume control back into the sub and turned the switch back on. Make sure the volume control is down when you plug everything back in. Then plug the wire into the device, which in my case was a laptop, and start to play some tunes. Right away everything was working perfectly fine again and no problems ever since...for me atleast.
HOPE THIS HELPS

Logitech z-2300 one speaker works
I have heard of this problem a lot and most people say its the remote that makes this happen. I recommend talking to the logitech tech support or buying a new remote off craigslist or ebay or someplace like that if you are willing to pay some money for one. That's all i can think of so i hope that helps.
Sub Woofer Not Working
Make sure it is plugged in and the volume is up. Also make sure you don't have your sound muted. Do any sounds come out of your computer? Go to the control panel and click sounds and do a test.

I took off the cap intentionally, to clean with air duster. As far as getting both speakers to work properly, simply switch ends of the cable from the computer to the box.

The speaker is usually a simple network consisting of a connection point and a crossover network and the speaker it self. all of thes components have connecting points. One of the three areas is having a problem. Check all these connections and see if the have developed a bad or cold solder joint. They also may have a broken connection. Usually a wire connector. You may be able to repair or replace it. If one the areas is damaged you may need to replace it.The components usually have part numbers on them. Use this part number in the search engines of the web to find a replacement part.If the expense is more than the speaker is worth, you may just want to replace the speaker. I hope this information helps you with your problem.
