You've paired it and it's in the list for Skype to see it when setting up Audio Settings via Tools - Options- Audio Settings. I ask as I sometimes hav this issue due to using more than one Audio Source and forget to set it before I initiate a call.Nowdays I 1st check 2 c if default Audio device, especially Microphone, NOT Webcams in- built mic nor Laptop built in...Do a test call then when all pass do I initiate a call to a friend on Skype.Also Using Linux at times the OS grabs the driver, so log off and back in fixes it, also after resetting the default Audio Properties a quick re-signing in of Skype helps so i found out.Anyway good luck.

You have the 'Mute' turned on. With the H730 turned on, and wearing it, press and hold both volume buttons until you hear a beep, or a voice prompt. Then try making a call. If that doesn't work, repeat the process. Good luck.
