Please try to change the status of "H.U. Control" from OFF to ON.

first try cleaning the laser lens

Try unplugging the unit and plugging it back in after a couple of minutes, if cd still won't come out you can unplug the unit and manually remove the cd by taking the outer casing off.

even though it's detatchable you cant get a replacement.
and even if you could it would cost you more than the stereo is worth for me to send it to you
