problem is not the toner , could be the developer unit stopping at that point when it becomes feint and then no new toner gets to the drum, ORit could be the transfer section

developing unit malfunction

The blink red triangle means that the toner is completely over and can't be refilled. The toner cartridge comes with on-chip sensor that counts the toner life. To resolve this issue, you need to replace a new toner cartridge.

If you are getting no toner on the paper the charging unit which charges the paper to transer the image from the drum is faulty,Check all the removeable charging units which comprise a very fine wire stretched acos the paper path.Otherwise contact Sharp giving them service code
