This is a good product. One of the best on the market. I use it constantly to work together. We share files. Working together and it saves different versions. It can be used not only to PC but also on the plate at the mobile phone. Sync content useful and not annoying.

I would start by making sure the files were shared files that were removed by someone else.

Secondly, check out the dropbox website for other scenarios in which files can not show up. https://www.dropbox.com/en/help/969

If you are unable to get the files back after verifying your files and/or visiting the page above you may need to contact dropbox for help.

Which cloud storage service you are using? In some cases Google Drive can take your files directly to his storage on cloud. Happened before to me. If this is the case just download the files to your storage somewhere different.

From your other computer(s), point Outlook to the Dropbox data file by going to the File tab in Outlook > Account Settings. In the Data Files tab, add the moved PST file, set it as the default, and remove the old location. See the following link:

One possibility is that you do not have the font in your computer that the file was created in. If that is the case, your pc is substituting a font. You can go into your pc to change the substitution font.

Is this a home or work computer?

If you are attempting to connect to DropBox at work you may not be able to because the service is being blocked.

If you are at home you may want to look at this article I found on there homepage.

It depends on what you need to do. If you want the files to be public so anyone can access the files, follow the directions in the Public folder (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6448282/How%20to%20use%20the%20Public%20folder.rtf). If you only want to share the files with certain people, follow these directions: http://www.grovo.com/dropbox/sharing.
Hope this helps!
