All wrenches, including Allen wrenches, are available in both metris and standard (imperial) sizes.
If you have either set and the wrenches are either too big or too small, the odds are incredibly good that you need the other set.
They are very inexpensive and make a good addition to any tool set.

Check whether the belt is over tighten or not. If so by consuming over current this problem can occur. Try to loose the belt and check whether display shows the same symptom. If not then tighten the belt without become over tighten.

Try to clean the dust inside the running belt and silicone them after.
Then try to increase the belt tension. all treadmills have these adjustment.
If it still slip, then problem with the motor.
Kelly if bearings are service able, white lithium grease should be fine to use, the spray can should come with a straw type nozzle allowing you to spray into bearing.
