This is something you can fix yourself. I suggest you get in contact with Icon Fitness.

Down load manual from web .It will show you where they are.

There can be a few reasons, Lume LCB Console Is it under warranty ?

I would call the retail shop and they will organize a repair man out to fix from Icon Fitness. This is done under warranty .

Download a manual for this model . This will make it easier to find the hidden screws.

This will most possibly be a faulty console. Is it under warranty ?

It plugs in on the side on the RHS of the console.

Sounds like a cable harness is undone. The cable feeding the panel which has the computer inside (the power feed) is connected, but the cable from the panel back to the motorized parts isn't. The breakaway is a separate circuit that cuts all power to everything. These are my assumptions (I'm not a nordic track expert), but it's a pretty safe bet, likely the connector in the bottom section. Okay, I just looked it up, first Google "nordictrack 1500 manual" one of the first links is a PDF, with a complete parts breakdown. Depending on your specific model, it looks like there is a connector under the top panel where it meets the right post (and a couple of screws will let you lift it up to check it). It may be partially unplugged, check that first since it looks pretty easy to check. But I think it's going to be in the bottom, in the bottom of the treadmill the wiring splits to different sections. The motor/incline controller cable (a separate cable #106 on one model I looked up, something like NTL09707 or similar) is probably the one that is either broken or unplugged. So although the computer (up top) is sending signals, they aren't reaching where they need to. Anyway, get that manual, and someone handy with screwdrivers and technology, and they should have it figured out quickly.

All electronics should have a surge protector. So when the power flickers and send a power surge to electronic plugged into the wall the circuit board is protected like your computer.

Step 1:

1) test the input voltage motor,if there are the motor need repair,see the diagram attached, and see my personal TIPS for motor help

tes the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty, replace see the block d. God bless you

1( tight the ribbon cable and clean it,2) tight the plug from display board , and clean it.3) tight the display board vs lower board and clean it unplugged the power4) test the fuse and replace if necessary or c.breaker reset.5( Finally adjust the REED SWITCH , clean it and tight the plug very well see the diagram attached.6) see the block attached. finally the display board can be faulty.God bless you
