My Panasonic Lumic DMC-F3 Will start to record videos, but when I go to stop the recording and save it to the camera, it says "Read Error" and shuts itself down... I don't know what it is. Any ideas?

Make sure you are not using an incompatible card like a SDHC card which looks identical. If the F3 can use those cards, make sure you format it in the menu system. If it still fails, try another card, it may be bad. Remove the card and do a short recording to internal memory to check system, if it is capable.

Panasonic Lumix DMC F3 drives download

Do you really need a driver? The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Hi Camera has a black spot on screen. It is not

It's likely that the spot is a speck of dust that has found its way inside the camera and onto the sensor. Apparently when the lens barrel extends after the camera is turned on a small amount of suction is generated - enough to pull tiny specks of debris inside. My son's Panasonic lumix has had orange juice spilled on it. it has; 'invaded'the screen and is slow to function. can it be repaired?

Unfortunately, replacement will probably be the only solution - any liquid, especially something sweet and sticky like orange juice, is likely to ruin electronics. Can you claim on your insurance ?

How i copy photos from my pc to my panasonic lumix

You really can't. You can copy images on your computer to an SD Card and then insert the SD Card back into the camera. But, doing this after editing could mean that you will not be able to see those images on the camera anyway.

Hi, im 14 and i got

This is a faulty or damaged LCD screen. The fact that the pattern of dots and lines is unchanged by zooming and appears on the menu screen confirms it.

The LCD cannot be repaired, it must be replaced. As long as the fault is not due to misuse (such as being impacted or dropped or getting the camera wet) then the damage is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact Panasonic in your country to arrange a free warranty repair; they will normally require proof of purchase and will check the camera to look for evidence of misuse when they receive your camera. If they find any then the repair becomes chargeable.

I hope that my speedy and free reply has been of use to you; please take a moment to rate my answer.

How do i transfer saved images from the PC back to

For most cameras, this is not only not possible but, even trying it can cause problems with your camera. If your pictures are being automatically deleted after downloading, it's usually because the program you use for downloading is set to do that. If you don't like that feature, you will need to go into the settings area and change it. Or, you could just download to a folder you create on your desktop. That way, your pics are still on your memory card and you can now send the pics in the folder to any program you like.
