I think you have installed so many apps in your mobile and you need to remove all useless apps to free up the RAM of your mobile. for voice mail you just need to dial 1 ( goto dial pad insert 1 and call)that will directly connect to your voice mail (only if configured )if that doesn't help then contact your service provider.to download apps goto windows store make sure you are signed in and then search for app and find install button, click on install app will start downloading it self ( note that you can only download free apps for paid apps you may have to add your credit card and then purchase for it)

Hi, it's not possible to unlock this phone from an unlocking service because Softbank changes the unlock codes, you can only get codes directly from Softbank provider if it's possible.
