I have htc-hd2 the problem
I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

How do i do a master reset?
Performing a factory reset via settings
The most convenient way to do a factory reset is via the phone settings.
- On the Home screen's Settings tab, tap Menu > All Settings > System > Clear Storage.
- Enter 1234.
- Tap YES to perform the reset, or tap NO to cancel the reset.
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using buttons on the phone.
- With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
- While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it.
- When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
- Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

I have a HTC HD2
Welcome to Fixya
Looks like the firmware of the phone has been corrupted for no reason. Try to open the phone without the memory card and see if it will open up. If same thing will happen then you need to bring the phone to a local phone repair chop and have the firmware reconfigured.

Ear phone failed first
Welcome to Fixya
Looks like th software of the phone is hanging. This usually happens if you are installing to much software on your phone. Try to refresh the software of the phone by perfroming a hard reset. This will put the phone back ot factory state. make sure that you backup all important data before doing the below procedure.
Hard Reset
Turn the phone off
Press and hold both the volume up and volume down buttons
Press and release the Power / Hang-up button
The device will turn on - release the volume buttons when you see the tri-color screen. It flashes for a second or two
The device will then display a prompt asking you to confirm the reset of the device
Press the volume up button to continue with the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel.

What is the difference between HSDPA and HSUPA?
Hi there,
HSDPA stands for High Speed Downlink Packet Access and HSUPA stands for High Speed Uplink Packet Access. These two standards are part of the 3G network and are your upload and download protocols. What that means is that HSDPA allows you to download information to your phone, like when you receive an e-mail or browse the internet, all information goes through the HSDPA protocol. When you send an e-mail, that data goes the HSUPA (the upload protocol). Any data going out from your phone goes through HSUPA. The two of them together make up 3G and give you internet access on your phone! I hope that helps! Alex

I have a HTC HD2
Your 4th handset? What happened to the others?
It has been a couple of months since I have used HD2 with Windows on it so here goes:
Delete all the contacts in your sim card, if you are worried about losing them then download his app called
pim backup. This will allow you to export all your contacts onto your computer. When you have deleted all your contacts then a restart should mean you only see your pictured contacts.
Hope this helps.
