Without a little more info it's hard to tell you how to do this. What version of OS are you using? What size is the HDD? Have you checked to see if it is portioned? There are a lot of ways to do this, and programs to use, I use EaseUS but I will not suggest that until I know more. Regards Al

I think you have installed so many apps in your mobile and you need to remove all useless apps to free up the RAM of your mobile. Keep clean to your mobile with security software and uninstall all useless app and games. Games are takes so many memory and don't open too many apps in a once time. i think this helpful for you..

Hello The easiest way to solve the issue, regardless of the phone type, is to either reset all settings, or to reset the phone to factory defaults.
