Download the user manual to your TV. It will have all details about how to reset it to factory default. A factory default set should be done now. To download its user manual, click here.

You checked for bad capacitors, but did you check for bad soldier joints?
I would start there. Also, be prepared to replace the Power Supply Board.

It could possibly be stained and cleaning will not help. Please run out to the electronics store and purchase an LCD cleaner or LCD cleaner wipes. Hope you can still fix this. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support!
