normally on a dell u have to have the power charger plugged in and hold the fn key bottom left and use the arrow keys to make it brighter. however it could be your screen or inverter that maybe faulty. the link below charges 60 pounds for inverter fix which contols the brightness and 100 pounds if it is the screen. now for the bios password the only way you will be able to remove this is the strip the system down and remove the cmos battery for few mins with no power and put back this should reset it again the company can help you with this if needed. laptop repair london computer repair service no fix no fee

Usually computers that have built in webcams come with a software suite for photos, unless Windows has been wiped an re-installed. I would check the Dell website with the service tag in order to see a list of programs/drivers that were installed when the computer was brand new. Let the site search your service tag for you. You should be able to download the programs needed right there.

ok, theres a small issue with the raid controller. You have to install a 3rd party raid driver (its on the dell cd) to continue, OR, you can set that BIOS's hard drive controls to ATA or LEGACY (legacy would likely work best, but youd have no 'raid' functions, but who sets up raid drives on a notebook?). Your last option is use the dell discs to restore, and inssert the windws disc when prompted

there is a button on your laptop that will turn on your wireless.
