HI! toshiba copier shows error code of C3B0. what is the solution?
That depends on the printers model
One could be;
Check to see if the waste bottle is overfull.
If yes, the waste toner will be backed up into the waste tubes, first affecting the primary transfer cleaner unit, then the black drum cleaning unit, then the color drum cleaning units.
Or;
Developer unit • Check if the developer unit is installed properly. • Check that the developer unit and coupling on the equipment side are properly engaged. • Check that the mixer of the developer unit is rotated. • Check if the developer material is too dark visually. • Check if the amount of the developer material is too large or too small. • Remove any toner or dust on the ATC sensor connector and the drawer connector of the process cover. • Remove any toner or dust on the EPU sensor connector and the drawer connector on the equipment side.
Or;
Auto toner sensor Harness LGC board • Check the connectors and harnesses between the auto toner sensor and LGC board (CN364). • Check if there is any foreign matter such as toner in the connector of the auto toner sensor. Remove if there is and reconnect it.

Check if the connector of the transport belt is disconnected. 2. Check if the connector on the transport motor driving PC board is disconnected. 3. Check if the connector CN341 on the LGC board is disconnected. 4. Check if the connector pins are disconnected and the harnesses are open circuited. 5. Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short circuited or open circuited. 6. Replace the transport motor driving PC board. 7. Replace the LGC board. YES Is the drum separation finger solenoid working? (Perform the output check in the test mode: 03-111,161) ? ? NO ? 1. Check if the connector of the drum separation finger solenoid is disconnected. 2. Check if the connector CN339 on the LGC board is disconnected. 3. Check the installation state of cleaner. 4. Replace the registration sensor. 8. Replace the LGC board. YES Is the registration motor working? (Perform the output check in the test mode: 03-108/158) ? ? NO ? 1. Check if the connector of the registration roller clutch is disconnected. 2. Check if the connector CN341 on the LGC board is disconnected. 3. Check if the connector pins are disconnected and the harnesses are open circuited. 4. Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short circuited or open circuited. 5. Replace the registration roller clutch. 6. Replace the LGC board. YES Check if there is any abnormality in the space between the registration motor and the registration roller (metal). Check if the registration roller (rubber) is rotating smoothly. Check the condition of the registration roller at the horizontal transport section and clean or replace it. * If the error [E010] caused by a paper jam underneath the drum cleaner often occurs due to an insufficient paper separation from the photoconductive drum, set a smaller value in the code 08-841, and see what happens. At this time, however, pay attention to the transferability at the leading edge of the paper since this transferability can be slightly narrowed depending on the environments and conditions under which the equipment is placed or the media type of the paper used. (Refer to 3.6.1 in this manual about the details of the code 08-841.)

Toshiba e-studio 166 printing black pages when copying
If your Toshiba estudio 166 is producing completely black pages when scanning or copying, there are a few potential causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the problem:
1. Check the scanner glass: Open the scanner lid and inspect the glass surface for any dirt, smudges, or debris. Clean the glass using a lint-free cloth and glass cleaner specifically designed for scanners. Ensure there are no obstructions that could interfere with the scanning process.
2. Verify the scanning settings: Make sure that the scanning settings are properly configured. Check if the scanner is set to scan in color or grayscale mode, as well as the resolution settings. Adjust the settings according to your requirements and test the scanning process again.
3. Clean the scanning components: Over time, the scanning components, such as the scanning lamp and mirrors, can accumulate dust or dirt, affecting the quality of the scanned or copied images. Consult the user manual or manufacturer's guidelines to learn how to clean these components properly. Be cautious when handling sensitive parts.
4. Check the toner cartridge: If the printed copies are also coming out completely black, the issue could be related to the toner cartridge. Ensure that the toner cartridge is correctly installed and has enough toner. If the toner level is low, replace the cartridge with a new one.
5. Perform a factory reset: Sometimes, resetting the device to its default settings can resolve issues. Locate the factory reset option in the printer's settings or refer to the user manual for instructions on how to perform a reset. Keep in mind that a factory reset will remove any custom settings you may have configured.
6. Update firmware and drivers: Visit the Toshiba website or contact their customer support to check for any available firmware updates or driver patches for your printer model. Keeping the printer's firmware and drivers up to date can often resolve various performance issues.
If you have followed these troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact Toshiba's customer support or consult a printer technician for further assistance. They will have specific knowledge and resources to help diagnose and resolve the issue with your Toshiba estudio 166.
